This five year old luxury privately built villa is modern whilst still conserving traditional fetures characteristic of this part of Spain making it the perfect holiday accomodation for all types of holiday makers looking to visit the sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca.

The house is split into three floors, walking in through the front door you are on the middle floor which is comprised of a large, open plan lounge / dining area leading into an american style kitchen and utility room. 	The four bedrooms are located downstairs to keep them cool during the spanish summer nights there are two bedroom with double beds and another two with two singles. Also downstairs there are two large bathrooms each serving two of the bedrooms. On the right wing of the house the bath room is En-Suite to the master bedroom with a connecting door in the hallway and in the left wing you will find a large corner bath serving the other two bedrooms. On the top floor you'll find an excellent barbeque area with views spanning all the way from Calpe to El Portet (see Local Area) with a tranquil sitting area perfect for enjoying a glass of Sangria on a warm summers evening.
